Agromino A/S hereby pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act announces receipt of the following major shareholder’s notification:

Mr. Gaurav Dhawan,  on 4 August 2017, indirectly through Phoenix Commodities Pvt. Ltd (BVI company reg. no. 464110) owned and controlled by him, disposed of all his shareholding in Agromino A/S and now doesn’t hold any shares and/or voting rights in Agromino A/S.
