Agromino: Major Shareholder Announcement

Agromino A/S hereby pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act announces receipt of the following notifications:

Mr. Petr Krogman, chairman of the Board of Directors, on 27 April 2018, sold through the company Mabon investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem a.s. (hereinafter also „Mabon“, Czech Identification Number: 28904681, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, insert file No. 15302) 750,000 shares in Agromino A/S and now indirectly holds 4,349,987 shares and voting rights in Agromino A/S, corresponding to 24.96% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Agromino A/S. Mr. Petr Krogman owns and control Mabon that is the direct owner of the shares.

Other transactions

Mr. Richard Warburton, member of the Board of Directors, on 26 April 2018, sold 871,063 shares in Agromino A/S and now holds 0 shares and voting rights in Agromino A/S, corresponding to 0 % of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Agromino A/S.
