New board nominee

The board of directors has previously proposed the re-election of Petr Krogman and Richard Warburton and the election of Per Ahlgren and Jan Urban as members of the board of directors. On proposal by Richard Warburton, the board has agreed to also nominate Gustav Wetterling as new member of the board of directors. Gustav Wetterling is independent from the company and the larger shareholders. His qualifications can be reviewed here.
