Trigon Agri A/S: Major Shareholder Announcement

Trigon Agri A/S hereby pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act announces receipt of the following major shareholders’ notifications:

Sparinvest S.A. on trade date 27th January 2017 via ID-Sparinvest, Filial af Sparinvest S.A., Luxembourg (henceforth called Sparinvest) divested 70,000,000 shares in Trigon Agri A/S. As a result of the sale, Sparinvest S.A.’s aggregated ownership has decreased to 207,583,953 shares, 12.01% of the total voting rights of Trigon Agri A/S.

The shares were acquired via an over-the counter transaction by a group of committed shareholders of Trigon Agri A/S comprising of:

Mr. Johannes Bertorp, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Trigon Agri A/S, who on 27th January 2017 acquired additionally 15,000,000 shares in Trigon Agri A/S and now directly holds 133,463,930 shares and voting rights in Trigon Agri A/S, corresponding to 7.72% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Trigon Agri A/S; 

Mr. Per-Arne Åhlgren, who on 27th January 2017 acquired additionally 25,000,000 shares in Trigon Agri A/S and now indirectly through GoMobile Nu AB (Swedish reg. no. 556588-3427) holds 106,828,335 shares and voting rights in Trigon Agri A/S, corresponding to 6.18% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Trigon Agri A/S. Mr. Per-Arne Åhlgren owns and controls GoMobile Nu AB that is the direct owner of the shares.

The remaining 30,000,000 shares were acquired in different proportions by other committed shareholders of Trigon Agri A/S, whose shareholdings, as a result of the transactions, have not exceeded a reporting threshold.
