Trigon Agri A/S hereby informs that as of 30 December 2016 the number of outstanding shares and votes in Trigon Agri A/S amounts to 1,728,357,479.

The increase of outstanding shares is a result of the issuance of 1,598,730,000 shares following the debt to equity conversion, which was completed on 5 December 2016.
