Trigon Agri A/S announces the date for the Annual General Meeting 2017

Trigon Agri A/S hereby, in accordance with article 6.2. of its Articles of Association, announces that the Annual General Meeting 2017 will be held on 20th April 2017 at 10:00 CET at the office of Plesner Law Firm, Amerika Plads 37, DK-2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark.

Any proposals from the shareholders to include specific issues on the agenda shall be received by Trigon Agri A/S no later than by 9th March 2017. The notice convening the Annual General Meeting 2017 shall be published at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting.
