Ahlsell acquires Industripartner AS
Ahlsell Norge AS has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in Industripartner AS. The acquisition represents an additional contribution to Ahlsell’s growth within the industrial segment. Industripartner AS has 6 employees and a turnover of approximately 31 million in 2023.
Industripartner AS offers a comprehensive range of tools, machines, personal protective equipment and industrial consumables within industry, oil and gas, marine, construction and public administration.
Founded in 2021 and located in Orkanger, Norway, Industripartner AS has built up a solid customer base over time by delivering products, solutions and services with a strong customer focus. Ahlsell is not present in Orkanger thus, the acquisition strengthens Ahlsell’s ability to serve customers in this area of Norway. This offers customers the opportunity to minimize production downtime and extend the lifespan of their equipment, providing both environmental benefits and increased efficiency.
Closing is expected to take place in June 2024.
