Ahlsell acquires K-H Service AS

Ahlsell Norge AS has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in K-H Service AS. The acquisition strengthens Ahlsell’s tools and service offering to professional craftsmen. The company has 8 employees and a turnover of approximately 50 MNOK in 2023.

K-H Service AS specializes in sales, repair and maintenance of tools from well-known brands to professional craftsmen. The company was founded in 1983 and has since developed a clear market position by offering high availability and cutting-edge expertise to customers all over Norway. K-H Service offers e-commerce, store sales and service workshops located near Oslo.

Closing is expected to take place in July 2024.
