Ahlsell acquires KE Therm AB

Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in KE Therm AB, a leading specialist in solar hybrid, district heating and district cooling solutions. The company has 23 employees and annual revenue of approximately SEK 86 million.

Since 2013, KE Therm AB has established a strong position with a broad offering in the field. With operations in Gävle, Lingbo, Örnsköldsvik and Oskarshamn, and customers across Sweden, the company is a well-established supplier to energy companies, installers and property owners.

Through the acquisition, Ahlsell strengthens its position within district heating and district cooling through increased specialist competence and an attractive product range. The acquisition also meets a growing demand for sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.

Closing is expected to take place in July 2026.
