Ahlsell Norge AS acquires local retailer in Trondheim

Ahlsell Norge AS has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in the company Tromas AS. The company has an annual turnover of approximately NOK 63 million.

Since the start in 1992, Tromas has provided the construction industry in Trøndelag with tools and fastening products, and the 17 employees are located in the outlet and service station in Fossegrenda in Trondheim.

Through the acquisition Ahlsell strengthens its presence in the region and becomes an even more effective partner for all players in the construction sector.

This will give the customers the opportunity to order from an even wider range of products and choose between more delivery options.
