Board member Charlotta Sund declines re-election

Charlotta Sund, member of Ahlsell's Board of Directors since the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2017, has announced to the Chair of the Board, also member or the Nomination Committee, that she declines re-election at the AGM 2018. Charlotta will, as of May next year, start a new position within a municipally-owned company, which is not compatible with external board assignments.

The Nomination Committee continues its already commenced work ahead of the Ahlsell’s AGM, which will take place on Thursday, May 3, 2018 in Stockholm.
