New number of shares in Ahlsell AB (publ)

In October, the number of shares and voting rights in respect of Ahlsell AB (publ) has changed due to a retirement of preference shares, alterations to the articles of association and two issues of new shares in conjunction with the implementation of Ahlsell's listing on the stock exchange.

The number of shares in Ahlsell AB (publ) has increased by 118,780,003 shares and the number of voting rights has increased by 173,969,968.6 voting rights. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Ahlsell AB (publ) is 436,302,187 shares. The total number of voting rights in respect of Ahlsell AB (publ) is 436,302,187 voting rights. Following the increase, the share capital amounts to SEK 123,425,297.980762.
