The Nomination Committee's proposal of board members to the AGM of Ahlsell AB 2018
Ahlsell's Nomination Committee proposes to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 3, 2018, the election of Susanne Ehnbåge as member of the Board, and the re-election of Kenneth Bengtsson, Magdalena Gerger, Satu Huber, Gustaf Martin-Löf, Johan Nilsson, Peter Törnquist, Terje Venold and Søren Vestergaard-Poulsen. As previously announced, Charlotta Sund has declined re-election. The Nomination Committee further proposes the re-election of Kenneth Bengtsson as Chairman and Peter Törnquist as Vice Chairman.
Susanne Ehnbåge was born in 1979 and holds a degree in economics from the Gothenburg School of Economics. Currently, Susanne is the CEO of NetOnNet Group, but will, as of August 2018, assume the position as CEO of Lindex. Susanne previously held various positions within NetOnNet, such as CEO of SIBA and COO for NetOnNet. Susanne is a board member in Mio and she has also been proposed as a board member of HiQ.
The Nomination Committee consists of Tomas Ekman, appointed by Keravel S.à.rl / CVC Capital Partners, Peter Guve, appointed by AMF försäkring, Mikael Wiberg, appointed by Alecta Pensionsförsäkring, and Helen Fasth Gillstedt appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder. In addition, Kenneth Bengtsson, Chairman of the Board, is an adjunct member. The shareholders who appointed members of the Nomination Committee held about 49% of the votes in Ahlsell as of August 31, 2017.
