Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire Bygg & IndustriPartner Skaraborg AB (Bygg & IndustriPartner) with annual sales of approximately MSEK 30. Bygg & IndustriPartner offers local installers and contractors within construction and industry a full range of tools and supplies.
