Ahlsell acquires Finnish company within electrical automation
Ahlsell Oy has signed an agreement to acquire PJ-Control Oy, an electrical automation company with annual sales of approximately MEUR 7.5.
PJ-Control is a company with good foothold in the greater Helsinki area with customers mainly in the industrial segment, maintenance and machinery production suppliers. PJ-Control has fifteen employees in its branch in Vantaa.
