Ahlsell acquires sprinkler businesses in Sweden and Finland

Ahlsell has signed an agreement with Doradus Capital AB to acquire their sprinkler businesses. The accumulated turnover of the acquired businesses is approximately 120 MSEK. Doradus Capital AB owns several sprinkler businesses and Ahlsell has decided to acquire Enexia AB, Enexia Oy, Prepipe Construction AB and Nordic Sprinkler AB. The geographical distribution of the turnover is about 2/3 Sweden and 1/3 Finland. The businesses will be integrated correspondingly into Ahlsell’s respective geographical segment. In Sweden, Sprinkler Nordic AB offers a full range of sprinkler components.
