Ahlsell acquires Norwegian supplier within temporary electrical installations

Ahlsell AS has entered into an agreement to acquire Lenson Elektro AS with an annual turnover of approximately MNOK 22.Lenson Elektro AS (Lenson) supplies products within temporary electrical installations such as power, lighting and climate. The company is located in Trondheim and has five employees. Lenson’s primary market is central Norway. The company is privately held and Ahlsell acquires 100% of the shares. Lenson has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering with special expertise towards customers such as contractors, installers and builders. ”The acquisition
