Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s Annual General Meeting postponed

AHLSTROM-MUNKSJÖ OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE March 10, 2021 at 18:45 EET

Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be postponed until a date to be separately announced. The AGM was initially planned to be held on March 24, 2021.

The Board of Directors of Ahlstrom-Munksjö will decide on a new date for the AGM and give notice to convene the AGM in due course. The AGM shall convene no later than by June 30, 2021.

As previously announced, Spa Holdings 3 Oy has acquired through a public tender offer more than 90 per cent of all the issued and outstanding shares and votes in Ahlstrom-Munksjö. Spa Holdings 3 Oy has also announced its decision to exercise its redemption right pursuant to the Finnish Companies Act and to redeem all the shares held by any other remaining shareholders in Ahlstrom-Munksjö, and to apply for the shares in Ahlstrom-Munksjö to be delisted from Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd (“Nasdaq Helsinki”) and from Nasdaq Stockholm AB (“Nasdaq Stockholm”), respectively, as soon as permitted and reasonably practicable under the applicable laws and regulations and the rules of Nasdaq Helsinki and Nasdaq Stockholm.
