Munksjö Oyj: Ahlstrom completes the sale of Osnabrück plant to Kämmerer
Ahlstrom Corporation has today published a release announcing the completion of the sale of its German subsidiary with operations in Osnabrück to Kämmerer Paper Holding GmbH. The completion of the sale is one of the conditions for the completion of the merger of Munksjö Oyj and Ahlstrom Corporation. The release is available at www.ahlstrom.com.
On 7 November 2016, the Boards of Directors of Munksjö and Ahlstrom announced the combination of the two companies through a merger. The combination is expected to be completed in the beginning of the second quarter of 2017 subject to, among other things, approval by the shareholders of the two companies.
