Munksjö’s Annual Report 2016 has been published

Munksjö Oyj has today published the Annual Report 2016 online at www.munksjo.com/investors.

The Annual Report 2016 is divided in two publications: “Financial Report and Governance 2016” and “Business Review 2016”.

The Financial Report and Governance consists of the Financial Statements, Board of Director’s Report, Auditors’ Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Risk Management. The publication is available in pdf format in English, Swedish and Finnish and will later be available in printed copies. The Business Review consists of a summary of Munksjö’s businesses and a Sustainability Report. The publication is available in pdf format in English.

The Corporate Governance Statement and a Remuneration Statement will also be available today as separate documents on www.munksjo.com.
