Munksjö to publish its January-September 2013 interim report on Tuesday, 19 November, 2013

MUNKSJÖ OYJ, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 4 november 2013 at 12.30 pm CET

Munksjö Oyj will publish its financial result for the period January-September 2013 on Tuesday, 19 November, 2013 at 7.30 am CET. The report and related supplementary material will be available on www.munksjo.com/investors after publication.

In addition to the financial results for the period January-September 2013, the report will for illustrative purposes include pro-forma financial information for the combination of Munksjö AB and Ahlstrom's Label and Processing business in Europe and Brazil.

The pro-forma statement of comprehensive income for the year ended 31 December, 2012 and for the nine month period ended 30 September, 2013, are compiled assuming that the combination had been completed on 1 January, 2012. The pro-forma statement of financial position as at 30 September, 2013 has been compiled assuming that the planned demerger of Ahlstrom Corporation's Label and Processing business in Brazil had been completed on 30 September, 2013. The execution of the demerger of the Label and Processing business in Brazil is expected to take place by the end of 2013.

A combined news conference, conference call and live webcast for investors, analysts and media will be arranged on the publishing day at 10.00 am CET (11.00 am EET, 9.00 am UK time) at restaurant Savoy, room Salikabinetti (Eteläesplanadi 14, 7th floor, Helsinki). The report will be presented by President and CEO Jan Åström. The event will be held in English.
