Share subscriptions based on stock options 2019 I

Aiforia Technologies Plc, Company release, 13 June 2022, 12:00 p.m. EEST. A total of 5,000 Aiforia Technologies Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the Stock Options 2019 I on 6 May 2022.

For subscriptions made with the stock options 2019 I the entire subscription price of EUR 6,862.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.

After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 25,784,316.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2019 I have been registered in the Trade Register on 13 June 2022, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.

The shares will be traded in the Nasdaq Helsinki Plc’s First North Growth Market Finland -marketplace as an additional lot with the company’s old shares as of 14 June 2022.
