New Certificate of Registration - Dates for name change and new ticker for Aker Solutions ASA
The change of name from Aker Kværner ASA to Aker Solutions ASA has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). An updated Certificate of Registration in Norwegian (firmaattest) is enclosed. The change of name will be effective in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (Verdipapirsentralen) on 4 April and in the Oslo Stock Exchange's systems from 8 April 2008. The company will also be listed under the new ticker "AKSO" from 8 April 2008.
