Akelius acquires 260 apartments in Montreal

The portfolio consists of six properties located in City of Saint Lambert, adjacent to Montreal Country Club. The distance to the Montreal city center is eight kilometers.

The properties were built in 1970 and the price is SEK 10 400 per square meter.

Akelius has bought its first property in Montreal in October 2014 and owns 770 apartments in Montreal and 3 485 in Canada after this acquisition.
