Akelius acquires 427 apartments in Toronto

The two properties are located in Deer Park and Wallace Emerson, five and seven kilometers from City Hall. Subway is within walking distance.

The properties were built in 1957 and 1974, purchase price SEK 466 million.

Akelius owns 3,114 apartments in Toronto and 3,885 apartments in Canada.
