Akelius issues EUR bond

Akelius Residential Property Financing B.V. has issued a
EUR 500 million senior unsecured bond.

The bond matures 2029-01-11.
The annual coupon is 1.125 percent.

The bond will be listed on Euronext Dublin and has identification number XS2251233651.

Standard and Poor’s has confirmed the rating of BBB on the bond.
Akelius Residential Property AB (publ) guarantees the bond.

Barclays and Danske Bank were the arrangers.

the liquidity covers all debt maturities until year-end 2023.
