Akelius plans EUR bond

Akelius intends to issue a senior unsecured bond maturing in January 2029.
The volume is EUR 500 million, will not grow.

The issuing entity is Akelius Residential Property Financing B.V.,
a subsidiary to Akelius Residential Property AB.

The bond is expected to have a rating of BBB by Standard and Poor’s.

Barclays and Danske Bank are the arrangers.
