Akelius sells in London
Akelius has agreed to sell the property Hamlet Gardens in Ravenscourt Park, a prime location in London. The sale price of SEK 1,180 million is 25 percent higher than the book value at the end of the second quarter. Completion is planned to be within September 2015.
