final merger clearance received

As previously communicated, Akelius sells all its apartments in Germany, Sweden and Denmark to Heimstaden Bostad,
in total 28,775 apartments.

All regulatory approvals have been received for the sale.
Closing of the transaction is set to 1 December 2021.
