CEO Ralf Spann:
2020 is a year that shows the value of diversification and the residential properties’ resilience.
Changes, for example in rent regulations,
are often local and global changes affect each market differently.

We revised our business model.
The times for extensive upgrading are over.
Akelius focuses on increasing the rental income in existing properties and adding residential properties with strong cash flow.
