Vacancy rate at 2020-06-01 was 7.8 percent,
which is 0.1 percentage points lower than at 2020-05-01.

During May the company had 553 move-ins and 516 move-outs,
which corresponds to a net letting of 37 apartments.

Rent collection for May was 3 percentage points lower than normal.
