vacancy rate unchanged in June

Vacancy rate at 2020-07-01 was 7.8 percent,
which is the same as at 2020-06-01.

Rent collection for June was 2 percentage points lower than normal.

During first half of 2020 vacancy rate decreased 0.9 percentage points,
from 8.7 percent to 7.8 percent.
Net letting during the period was 365 apartments.
