Acquisition of own shares

Aker ASA has on 5 April purchased 25 000 own shares in connection with the share purchase program for employees. The shares were purchased on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 172.0544 per share. Following the transaction, Aker ASA holds a total of 32 354 shares, representing 0.04% of total shares outstanding.
