Acquisition of own shares

Aker ASA has on 5 April purchased 25 000 own shares in connection with the sharepurchase program for employees. The shares were purchased on the Oslo StockExchange at an average price of NOK 172.0544 per share. Following thetransaction, Aker ASA holds a total of 32 354 shares, representing 0.04% oftotal shares outstanding.
