Aker ASA: Aker Floating Production ASA - Disclosure of shareholding

Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 2 March 2012 and the thereinreferenced offer (Offer) from Aker Floating Holding AS (AFH) for all outstandingshares in Aker Floating Production ASA (AKFP) not already owned by AFH.

AFH has now received acceptances of the Offer covering in all 4,010,847 shares,which represents approximately 18.23 % of all outstanding shares in AKFP.Following the receipt of said acceptances AFH now owns or has the right toacquire in total 19,926,053 shares, which represents 90.57% of all outstandingshares in AKFP.

The acceptance period for the Offer ends today, 12 March 2012, at 17.30.
