Aker ASA: Aker is contemplating bond issue

Aker ASA is contemplating to issue a new 10 year senior unsecured bond in theNorwegian credit market with maturity in September 2022. The net proceeds willbe used to refinance Akers existing debt as well as for general corporatepurposes.

Arctic Securities, DnB Markets and Pareto Securities are the lead arrangers ofthe new potential bond issue.
