Aker ASA: Contemplating new bond issue

Aker ASA is contemplating the issue of up to NOK 500 million in a new seniorunsecured bond in the Norwegian credit market with maturity in January 2019. Thenet proceeds will be used to refinance Aker's outstanding bond AKER 04 withmaturity in December 2012 and for general corporate purposes.Pareto Securities has been appointed as sole arranger of the potential bondissue.
