25 April 2016 - Reference is made to the resolution by the General Meeting in Aker ASA on 22 April 2016 to distribute a dividend of NOK 10.00 per share. Aker ASA shares will trade exclusive of dividend of NOK 10 per share as of today, 25 April 2016.
