Havfisk ASA: Disclosure of shareholdings and primary insider notice

Reference is made to the disclosure of shareholding and primary insider notice published by Aker Capital AS and Fausken Invest AS on 2 June 2016.

The sale of Havfisk ASA (the "Company") shares as described in the said notice was completed today. Accordingly, Aker Capital AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aker ASA, has today sold 53,501,793 shares in the Company to Lerøy Seafood Group ASA at a price of NOK 36.5 per share. Following the transaction, Aker Capital AS does not hold any shares or rights to shares in the Company.

In connection with the above transaction, Fausken Invest AS, a company wholly-owned by Frank Ove Reite, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, has today sold its 1,026,632 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 36.5 per share. Following completion of the transaction, Fausken Invest AS will no longer hold any shares or rights to shares in the Company.
