PRESENTATION OF 1ST QUARTER RESULTS FOR 2007

President Leif-Arne Langøy and CFO Bengt A. Rem will present the results and comment on the development in the main Aker group companies. Representatives from the companies will be present during the presentation.

After Aker`s presentation (at about 10:00 a.m. CET) president Helge Midttun in Aker BioMarine will give a presentation of the company.
