PRESENTATION OF 4Q 2005 RESULTS

On the release day, representatives of the three companies will participate in a presentation of accounting figures to be held at Shippingklubben, Haakon VIIs gate 1, Oslo.

The presentation begins at 09:00.Aker Seafoods will also present a more detailed review of its interim report at Shippingklubben, starting at about 10.00.

All interested parties are welcome to attend. No advance registration is required.

The three companies, Aker ASA, Aker Seafoods ASA, and Aker American Shipping ASA, will submit their fourth-quarter 2005 reports to the Oslo Stock Exchange prior to the 09:00 presentation.
