Presentation of 4th quarter results for 2007

Aker ASA, Aker Floating Production ASA and Aker Drilling ASA releasetheir 4th quarter results for 2007 on Friday 29 February 2008. Apresentation will be given in Shippingklubben, Haakon VIIs gt. 1,Oslo. The presentation starts at 09:00 a.m. CET.

President Leif-Arne Langøy and CFO Bengt A. Rem will present theresults and comment on the development in the main Aker groupcompanies.

After Aker's presentation president Geir Sjøberg of Aker Drilling ASAand president Baard Johansen of Aker Explorationg will give apresentation of the two companies.
