Reference is made to Aker BP's announcement from 21 December 2021 with indicative information related to 2022 cash dividends.

For the third quarter 2022, the key dates are now expected to be as follows:

  • Last day of trading including right: 15 August 2022
  • Ex-date: 16 August 2022
  • Record date: 17 August 2022
  • Payment date: 24 August 2022
