Contemplating new bond issue

Det norske oljeselskap ASA is contemplating a senior unsecured bond issue with maturity in July 2020 in the Norwegian bond market. The net proceeds from the issue will be used for general corporate purposes. The contemplated bond issue will have an issue amount of NOK 1,000 - 2,000 million.

DNB Markets, Nordea Markets, Pareto Securities, SEB and Swedbank First Securities are mandated as joint lead managers of the contemplated bond issue.
