Merger with wholly owned subsidiary completed

Reference is made to previous announcements regarding the merger between Aker BP ASA ("Aker BP") and its wholly owned Dutch subsidiary ABP Energy Holding B.V ("AEH").

The merger has now been completed. Consequently, Aker BP has assumed all assets, rights and obligations of AEH, and AEH has simultaneously been dissolved.

The merger has been executed without merger consideration and Aker BP’s share capital remains the same.
