Sale of shares to employees

Reference is made to Aker BP's announcement from 21 September 2023 regarding the company’s annual share purchase programme for employees. 

The transactions have now been completed, and the final number of shares sold to employees was 862,255. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 230.02 per share, representing a 25 percent discount to the reference market price, and are subject to a three-year lock-up period. After these transactions, Aker BP holds 728,456 own shares.
