  • Dividend amount per share: NOK 2.00 per share
  • Annual General Meeting (AGM): 11 April 2024 
  • Last day including right: 11 April 2024 
  • Ex-date: 12 April 2024 
  • Record date: 15 April 2024 
  • Payment date: 22 April 2024 

The proposed distribution of the cash dividend is subject to approval by the AGM of Aker Solutions ASA to be held on 11 April 2024. 

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Obligations.

*Own shares held by Aker Solutions ASA will not be entitled to the cash dividend.
