Aker Solutions ASA: Reporting of Transactions Made By Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

May 20, 2021 – Aker Solutions ASA (“Aker Solutions”) has today allocated shares to four primary insiders as part of an allocation of shares to eligible participants under an incentive program established for executives and senior managers of Kværner ASA.

Reference is made to the stock exchange releases of May 6, 2021 and May 20, 2021 concerning the incentive program and share allocation. The shares were allocated at a price per share of NOK 14.4971 which equals the volume-weighted average price of the Aker Solutions ASA share on May 19, 2021.

Shares were allocated to primary insiders of Aker Solutions, as follows:

  • Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer, has received 24,331 shares. Following the allocation, Mr. Eikrem and his private investment company, Omara Holding AS, hold a total of 200,567 shares in Aker Solutions.
  • Sturla Magnus, Executive Vice President, Topside & Facilities, has received 29,050 shares. Following the allocation, Mr. Magnus holds 80,499 shares in Aker Solutions.
  • Kenneth Simonsen, acting Executive Vice President, Renewables, has received 13,941 shares. Following the allocation, Mr. Simonsen holds 77,640 shares in Aker Solutions.
  • Henrik Inadomi, General Counsel, has received 28,265 shares. Following the allocation, Mr. Inadomi holds 257,924 shares in Aker Solutions.
