Aker Solutions ASA: Reporting of Transactions Made by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

June 28, 2021 – Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has today sold shares to primary insiders participating in the company’s employee share purchase program for 2021.

Reference is made to the stock exchange releases of May 27, 2021 and June 28, 2021, concerning the employee share purchase program and share allocation. Shares were sold at a price per share, excluding any applicable discount, of NOK 16.0742. This equals the volume-weighted average price of the Aker Solutions share on Euronext Oslo Børs over the period from and including June 21, 2021 to and including June 25, 2021.

Shares were sold to primary insiders of Aker Solutions, as follows:

  • Kjetel Digre, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 78,386 shares. Following the transaction, Digre holds 78,386 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 31,727 shares. Following the transaction, Eikrem and his private investment company, Omara Holding AS, hold a total of 232,294 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Sturla Magnus, Executive Vice President, Topside & Facilities, has purchased 31,105 shares. Following the transaction, Magnus holds 111,604 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Kenneth Simonsen, acting Executive Vice President, Renewables, has purchased 10,575 shares. Following the transaction, Simonsen holds 88,215 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Marte Mogstad, Executive Vice President, Engineering, has purchased 4,976 shares. Following the transaction, Mogstad holds 5,373 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Linda Litlekalsøy Aase, Executive Vice President, Electrification, Maintenance and Modifications, has purchased 1,244 shares. Following the transaction, Aase holds 39,795 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Kjetil Kristiansen, Executive Vice President, People and Organization, has purchased 26,128 shares. Following the transaction, Kristiansen holds 26,128 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Marianne Hagen, Executive Vice President, Sustainability and Communications, has purchased 18,663 shares. Following the transaction, Hagen holds 18,663 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Henrik Inadomi, General Counsel, has purchased 12,442 shares. Following the transaction, Inadomi holds 270,366 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Olav Høidalen, Senior Vice President, Group Controlling, has purchased 1,244 shares. Following the transaction, Høidalen holds 8,057 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Hilde Karlsen, employee-elected director of the board, has purchased 829 shares. Following the transaction, Karlsen together with closely associated family members, hold a total of 28,179 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Line Småge Breidablikk, employee-elected director of the board, has purchased 103 shares. Following the transaction, Breidablikk holds 1,440 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Rune Rafdal, employee-elected director of the board, has purchased 622 shares. Following the transaction, Rafdal holds 8,050 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Sigurd Maraas, deputy employee-elected director of the board, has purchased 414 shares. Following the transaction, Maraas holds 414 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Arne Rødby, deputy employee-elected director of the board, has purchased 207 shares. Following the transaction, Rødby holds 1,192 shares in Aker Solutions
  • Rolf Grønning, deputy employee-elected director of the board, has purchased 622 shares. Following the transaction, Grønning holds 25,046 shares in Aker Solutions
