Aker Solutions ASA: Reporting of Transactions Made by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

May 20, 2022 – Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has today allocated shares to three primary insiders as part of an allocation of shares to eligible participants under an incentive program established for executives and senior managers of Kværner ASA.

Reference is made to the stock exchange releases of May 6, 2021, and May 20, 2022, concerning the incentive program and share allocation. The shares were allocated at a price (tax value) per share of NOK 32.0513 which equals the volume-weighted average price of the Aker Solutions ASA share on May 19, 2022.

Shares were allocated to primary insiders of Aker Solutions, as follows:

  • Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer, has received 66,585 shares. Following the allocation, Eikrem and his private investment company, Omara Holding AS, hold a total of 300,889 shares in Aker Solutions.
  • Sturla Magnus, Executive Vice President, Topside and Facilities, has received 61,298 shares. In addition, Magnus on March 21, 2022, acquired 503 shares under Aker Solutions' employee share purchase program for 2022. The program was launched by the company with subscriptions made by participants in November and December 2021. Reference is made to the stock exchange release by Aker Solutions on March 21, 2022. Following these transactions, Magnus holds 175,415 shares in Aker Solutions.
  • Henrik Inadomi, Executive Vice President, Legal and Safeguarding, has received 58,013 shares. Following the allocation, Inadomi holds 328 379 shares in Aker Solutions.
